Born and raised between New York City, South Jersey, and Philadelphia, I came up in the music industry the old-fashioned way — interning at Island Def Jam in 2009, learning radio promotion and A&R research from the ground up, surrounded by everyone from JAY-Z to Mariah Carey to The Killers.

Over fifteen years at Universal Music Group and Def Jam Recordings, I built a career at the intersection of data and culture — helping shape campaigns for Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Avicii, Big Sean, and dozens more into household names. Multiple RIAA Platinum certifications and 46 #1 radio singles later, I know what it takes to move a record.

Today, through INTJ Group, I bring that major-label playbook to artists and labels of every size. Analytics is more than numbers on a page — it's about understanding what drives a culture and using that insight to bring an artist's vision to the masses.
